TICKETING POLICY


General Terms and Conditions

  1. The ticket is only valid for the passenger whose name is printed on the ticket. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be altered. Any transferred or altered tickets will be void.
  2. A helicopter ticket(s) sold is valid for travel only on the date, time and flight specified on the ticket. No refund is available to passenger(s) who arrive late for their flights except in the event that the flight specified on the ticket(s) is cancelled due to Sky Shuttle Helicopters Limited (“Sky Shuttle”) / East Asia Airlines Limited (“EAA”) operational reason. Passenger(s) who do not show up on time before departure can request to standby for the next available flight on the same date (not applicable to charter flight passenger). Seat confirmation shall be at discretion of Sky Shuttle Helicopters Limited (“Sky Shuttle”) / East Asia Airlines Limited (“EAA”).
  3. It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to ensure that they have a valid travel document and entry visa, if required, to their intended destination. The passenger(s)’ name as printed on the ticket should correspond to their travel documents. Otherwise, Sky Shuttle / EAA has the authority to deny boarding and no ticket refund will be made.
  4. Ticket for any child under age of one and accompanied by an adult paying passenger will be free (except for taxes and other charges if any) but will not have their own seats. No more than two children under the age of one will be accommodated on the same flight. Children over the age of one are required to pay a full ticket fare.
  5. Passengers may carry onboard one piece of hand luggage, weighing no more than 5 kgs. Each piece of hand luggage shall not exceed the maximum dimensions of 16 × 14 × 6 inches. Any item that exceeds the size or weight limits will be required to travel as checked-in baggage and each piece of checked-in baggage shall not exceed the maximum dimensions of 37 × 24 inches.
  6. One free checked-in baggage is permitted with a maximum weight allowance of up to 7 kgs per passenger (except for infants). Every kg of excess baggage thereafter shall be charged at a rate of HKD/MOP/RMB 300.
  7. Once a booking is confirmed, a HKD/MOP/RMB 500 handling fee per ticket will be charged for any request for rebooking, changing flights or cancellation. However, any change to the passenger name is not permitted.
  8. No cancellation is allowed less than 24 hours and no amendment is allowed less than 1 hour prior to the confirmed departure time. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  9. In case of a lost ticket, a HKD/MOP/RMB 500 handling fee will be charged for ticket replacement.
  10. Sky Shuttle / EAA reserves the right to deny boarding or to refuse the carriage of any person(s) whose condition presents an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (includes but not limited to impairment and intoxication from alcohol and drugs) to other passengers, our crew, staff or property.
  11. Passengers are advised that the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention may be applicable and that the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and in respect of loss or damage to baggage.
  12. Sky Shuttle and EAA will be fully indemnified against any claims for compensation or expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the flight cancellation. In case of dispute, the decision of Sky Shuttle and EAA shall be final. Sky Shuttle and EAA reserves the right to amend these terms, conditions and general ticketing policy without prior notice (not applicable to promotional or special discount ticket(s). No ticket(s) shall be refunded for no-show passenger(s) excepts for flight cancellation due to Sky Shuttle / EAA operational reason).

Ticketing Arrangements

Passengers should check in at the departure lounge at least 20 minutes (Hong Kong-Macau route and Macau to Shenzhen route), or 30 minutes (Shenzhen to Macau route) before the departure time.


Should the flight be cancelled due to bad weather, free ferry transportation will be arranged for the passenger(s) and ticket(s) will be refunded except all handling fees. (Not applicable to promotional or special discount ticket(s). No ticket(s) shall be refunded for no-show passenger(s) except for flight cancellation due to Sky Shuttle / EAA operational reason.)


 

TICKETING POLICY FOR PRIVATE CHARTER FLIGHT


Terms and Conditions

  1. The maximum seating capacity in the cabin is 12 passengers, however the number of passenger(s) permitted to be carried on board is determined by the available payload. Please also note that no more than two children under the age of one may travel accompanied by an adult on the charter flight. 
  2. The maximum load of the baggage compartment is 300kgs. The door of the compartment is 37 x 24 inches and the dimensions of the hold space is 118 x 47 x 40 inches.
  3. In the event of an off-load due to insufficient payload, the off-loaded passenger(s) shall be allowed to standby or transfer to the next available schedule flight. Sky Shuttle Helicopters Limited (“SSHL”) / East Asia Airlines Limited (“EAA”) has no obligation to provide any off-loaded passenger(s), an alternative means of transportation or compensation due to payload limitations.
  4. A helicopter ticket(s) sold is valid for travel only on the date, time and flight as specified in the charter agreement and on the ticket(s) issued.
  5. Once a booking is confirmed, a handling fee HKD/MOP/RMB 5,000 will be charged for any cancellation made. No cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of flight departure time.
  6. Requests for re-booking or amendment (e.g. change in departure date or time etc.) is subject to aircraft availability and may be made for a fee of HKD/MOP/RMB 5,000 on scheduled charter flights not less than 3 hours before departure. For any non-scheduled charter flights or charters to airport destinations may be rebooked not less than 24 hours before departure subject to an amendment fee of HKD/MOP/RMB 5,000.
  7. If any charter flight is cancelled due to operational reasons such as weather, the respective charter rate and departure tax will be refunded in full, excluding any handling fees previously settled.
  8. Refund or transfer is not allowed for any no-show or late-show passenger(s).
  9. It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to ensure that they have valid travel documents and entry visa, as required, to their intended destination. The passenger’s name as printed on the ticket must correspond with his / her travel document. Otherwise, Sky Shuttle / EAA has the authority to deny boarding and no ticket refund will be made.
  10. Passengers are required to check-in at the departure Heliport / Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre / Macau Business Aviation Centre at least 30 minutes in advance of your flight time.
  11. Sky Shuttle / EAA reserves the right to cancel any scheduled charter flight service in the event of bad weather (subject to the discretion of the pilot in command), operational requirements or if there is any unforeseen mechanical problems which requires the aircraft to undergo maintenance. Sky Shuttle and EAA will be fully indemnified against any claims for compensation or expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the flight cancellation.
  12. Sky Shuttle / EAA reserves the right to deny boarding of any person(s) whose mental or physical condition presents an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (including but not limited to impairment and intoxication from alcohol and drugs) to our passengers, crew, staff or property.
  13. In case of dispute, the decision of Sky Shuttle and EAA shall be final. Sky Shuttle and EAA reserve the right to amend these terms, conditions and charter policy without prior notice.

  8. Once a booking is confirmed, no amendment and cancellation is allowed.
  9. In case of a lost ticket, a HKD/MOP/RMB 500 handling fee will be charged for ticket replacement.
  10. If flight is canceled due to availability or bad weather, a non-transferable voucher will be issued to the passengers to rebook seats on another flight within the next 3 months from the date the voucher is issued. Refund on the offer will not be available.  SSHL and EAA will be fully indemnified against any claims for compensation or expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the flight cancellation.
  11. Sky Shuttle / EAA reserves the right to deny boarding or to refuse the carriage of any person(s) whose condition presents an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (including but not limited to impairment and intoxication from alcohol and drugs) to our passengers, crew, staff or property.
